Whatever you're facing, you don't have to go through it alone. Therapy can be a place where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work through what’s been weighing on you and begin to create meaningful change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational. I believe a genuine connection is an important part of therapy, and I’ll meet you where you are without judgment or pressure. Together, we’ll explore what you’re experiencing, make sense of patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build on your strengths so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I’m a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist trained in EMDR. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, grief, substance use concerns, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and more.
In our work together, we may look at how past experiences are affecting the way you feel, think, and relate to others today. As you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, we’ll also focus on practical tools and healthier ways of coping, communicating, and navigating life's challenges.
I bring experience from a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, substance use treatment, and psychiatric hospitals. This experience has taught me that therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. I tailor our work to your individual needs, goals, and experiences.
When we first meet, we'll spend some time getting to know one another. I'll ask questions to better understand what brings you to therapy, what you've been through, and what you'd like to be different. From there, we'll identify your goals and create a treatment plan together, moving at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you.
